We had an interview with Mr Baran Bozoğlu, the Deputy Director  gerelal of Ankara Water and Sewerage Administration.

He says that in Ankara the number of hot days in per year has risen. This means that even if you gather a lot of water in the dams, it easily evaporates in the hot days. Preticipation types have changed. We have more rain showers which causes floods. However we need more snow to feed our dams and basins.
